SciDyn Announces
Licensing of Technology Components

CHERRY HILL, N.J., March 18, 2003 /PRNewswire/ -- Science Dynamics Corporation, SciDyn, (OTCBB: SIDY), a leading developer of advanced telecommunications solutions, announces that it is changing its business strategy to include the licensing of its proprietary technology.

Several key technologies incorporated in SciDyn’s core Bubblelink(R) architecture, which already provide the foundation for various telecom software applications, are now being offered to other companies on a license basis. This license will enable other vendors to offer new products and service features without significant cost or development time.

SciDyn is providing the products in software application program interface (API) format to allow system vendors to easily integrate the software with new or existing products. Potential applications for this open system architecture include fraud control, surveillance, and recording of phone calls, critical functions for companies that provide inmate call control services to prisons.
