Science Dynamics Listed on Nasdaq SmallCap^(SM) Market

Cherry Hill, NJ — (September 20, 2000) --Science Dynamics Corporation (Nasdaq:SIDY), a leading developer of Internet Protocol-based (IP) telephony solutions, announced that its common stock was relisted for trading on the Nasdaq SmallCap^(SM) market under the symbol "SIDY" effective September 20, 2000. SciDyn’s common stock was previously listed on the OTC Bulletin Board.
