Science Dynamics Appoints Two Additional Board Members
Board of Directors Elects John Innes and L. Michael Hone
Cherry Hill, NJ (October 12, 2000) --Science Dynamics Corporation (Nasdaq:SIDY), a leading developer of Internet Protocol-based (IP) telephony solutions, announced today that John Innes and L. Michael Hone have joined the companys Board of Directors, bringing the total number of Directors on the board to seven.John Innes is the Chairman of ACH Processing, a company started to meet the need of electronic banking/funds transfer marketing and processing. He is an Attorney who has served as a consultant to, and investor in, companies in various industries including investment banking, media, aviation, waste management, and e-commerce. He has served on the Boards of Directors of several public and private companies, and has been retained as an advisor and consultant to additional companies. Mr. Innes served previously as the Chairman of Commonwealth Associates, a New York-based investment banking firm engaged primarily in providing bridge loans, private placements, and initial public offering financing to small and medium cap companies in a variety of industries. Prior to that, Mr. Innes was Vice Chairman of Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Corporation, and also served as Managing Director of Sabre Insurance Company Limited. Mr. Innes was Secretary and General Counsel of Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation for 10 years.
L. Michael Hone serves as president and chief executive officer of Centennial Technologies, Inc., a publicly traded company, since August 1997. Prior to joining Centennial Technologies, Inc., Mr. Hone was chairman and chief executive officer of PSC, Inc., and before that was chairman of AIM USA and AIM International. Other positions Mr. Hone currently holds, include Director of Verax Systems, Inc., Director of the Association for the Blind and Visually Impaired, Director of the Boy Scouts of America, Inc., and Director of Telxon, Inc. He is a named inventor of six United States patents. Mr. Hone attended Ohio State University, where he was awarded a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business.
