Telecommunications & Security Systems Ltd. To Distribute SciDyn’s IP telephony Gateways

Cherry Hill, NJ – (October 30, 2000) -- Science Dynamics Corporation (NASDAQ: SIDY), a leading developer of Internet Protocol- based (IP) telephony solutions and services, announced an agreement with Telecommunications & Security Systems Ltd. (“ TSSL”), a Hong Kong- based supplier of communications equipment and consulting services, to distribute SciDyn’s Intelligent Integrator series of IP telephony Gateways.

Under the terms of the agreement, TSSL will distribute SciDyn’s IP telephony Gateway products for use in customer projects in China, the Philippines, and Malaysia. The Integrator series is based on SciDyn’s unique BubbleLink architecture that enables both enterprise and carrier integrators to create and manage a scalable, feature- rich IP telephony network. Each gateway in the system can communicate and share the load with other gateways, thereby increasing network reliability, improving redundancy, and enhancing flexibility. The ability to upgrade from a centralized, remote site gives network managers the flexibility to add new applications, upgrade software, and offer new features at significantly reduced installation costs. Value added applications that can be provided by BubbleLink include: calling card, debit card, voice, fax, and toll bypass, phone to phone, fax to fax, Web to phone, E- mail to fax, fax to E- mail, and voice to E- mail.
