Science Dynamics Reports Q3 Earnings

Company Reports Sharply Increased Revenues

Pennsauken, NJ, November 23, 2005 -- Science Dynamics Corporation (OTC BB: SIDY), a software engineering and services company providing advanced solutions to key government agencies and enterprise customers, reported earnings today for the third fiscal quarter ended September 30, 2005.

Science Dynamics reported third quarter revenue of $1,119,135, an 86% increase from $601,427 in the third quarter a year ago. The company reported a net loss of $501,417 versus net income of $288,608 in the same quarter last year.  Results from the comparable quarter of last year included a one time gain of $285,310 related to the sale of media assets.

Revenue for the nine months ended September 30, 2005 was $3,248,699, an 87% increase from revenue of $1,740,633 in the comparable period a year ago. The company reported a net loss for the first nine months of this year of $1,093,411, or $0.01 per diluted share, versus net income of $225,762, or $0.00 per diluted share, for the first nine months of 2004.

Paul Burgess, CEO of Science Dynamics, said, “Our sharply increased revenues underscore the early success of our acquisition strategy.  This quarter’s sales highlight the positive contribution made by SMEI, which was acquired in the first quarter of this year.  Approximately $517,322 of the increase in cost of sales over the comparable quarter was also due to the SMEI acquisition. Looking forward, we’re continuing to improve the efficiencies gained by acquiring SMEI as we qualify other acquisition candidates.  We also have a number of strategic initiatives underway aimed at strengthening our balance sheet and adding profitable new revenue.
