SciDyn Holds Annual Meeting of Shareholders

Cherry Hill, NJ – (November 27, 2000) – Science Dynamics Corporation “SciDyn” (NASDAQ: SIDY), a leading developer of Internet Protocol- based (IP) telephony solutions and services, has announced the results of its Annual Meeting of Shareholders held on Wednesday, November 15, 2000 at the Radisson Hotel in Cherry Hill, New Jersey.

At the meeting, Joy Hartman, President of SciDyn, outlined the past year’s key accomplishments. Highlights of the discussion include:

!" Personnel – Key additions to SciDyn’s management, sales, and engineering teams. !" Distributor Contracts – Progress made, and the signing of key distributor contracts, with

Telecommunications & Security Systems Ltd. (“ TSSL”) in Hong Kong, and with Information Technology Services (“ ITS”) based in the United Kingdom.
!" Customizable Customer Support – The completion of a profit call center to provide customer support, and an NOC (Network Operations Center) – a scalable service that monitors customers’ networks in order to detect and quickly correct problems as they arise.
!" Total Solution Sets and Bundled Target Offerings – Larger solution providers are bundling vendor products to provide total solution sets at a targeted market. This provides SciDyn the opportunity to open indirect, OEM, and channel relationships thereby broadening the company’s global reach and strengthening service and support efforts through a worldwide partner network.
