Call Control System:

SciDyn’s Call Control System provides correctional facilities with an effective tool for managing and controlling inmate telephone calls. Based on SciDyn’s Integrator Series' hardware and software platform, the system is installed between prison phones and the Central Office to regulate service, curb fraud and increase reliability of inmate telephones. The Call Control System can be used to establish and control the parameters for thousands of calls per hour. The system also deploys SciDyn's patented 3-way call detection technology to reduce one of the highest fraud activities originating from correctional facilities.

The system can be networked across a LAN or WAN in the smallest county facilities or the largest state or federal facilities, and can be operated locally or remotely using the system's integrated AdminManager Control Console. AdminManager also provides system administrators and investigators with real-time access to call databases and call detail records from all networked locations.
