Commander Live Monitoring:

Science Dynamics Corporation's (SciDyn) Live Monitoring utility enables you to monitor real time inmate telephone activity. A single screen displays Commander system phone activity and all call information at a glance. Alert capabilities let you set watches for called numbers, PIN usage, and phone usage. Streaming audio lets you point, click, and listen to active calls unobtrusively from the same monitoring screen. Live Monitoring provides the following functionality:

Real time view of Commander system activity on phones
View call history information for last 500 calls
Define watches for called numbers, PINs, and phones
Set alert options for notification of triggered watches
- Audible—beeping tone
- Visual—popup window activation and/or blinking window title
- Email—a central administrator or investigator
Listen to active calls
- Automatically cycle through active calls
- Listen or park on a single phone line
- Turn off audible monitoring while continuing to view system activity
Reports on triggered watch history
Minimize for background watch monitoring
Runs as stand-alone utility on Windows NT or Windows 2000
Monitors via LAN or WAN* for local or semi-remote investigation

Live Monitoring works in conjunction with Commander's integrated recording capabilities; you can listen to calls without interfering with call recording. This utility provides your intelligence staff with a comprehensive level of real time inmate telephone information, all of which can be substantiated by printable reports and transferable recordings.
